By accessing and using Jalona, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of the service
Jalona is a task management and team collaboration platform. It lets users create workspaces, manage tasks and work together with the other members of their team.
3. Registration and account
To use Jalona you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that takes place under your account
- Notifying Jalona immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to compromise the security of the service
- Share offensive or inappropriate content
- Use the service to send spam
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation
5. Intellectual property
Jalona and its original content and features are and remain the exclusive property of Jalona and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
6. User data
You keep all rights over the data you upload to Jalona. By using the service you grant us a licence to host, store and process that data in order to provide the service.
7. Pricing and payment
Some Jalona features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Jalona is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance of it.
